Don't Miss This: Kristoffer Polaha and Emilie Ullerup Reunite for "Missing the Boat" -- Plus New "When Calls the Heart" and More!
It's a big season for Hallmark Channel enthusiasts! This time, it's not just because of the latest episodes of the much-loved "When Calls the Heart," but also due to the reunion of fan-favorites Kristoffer Polaha and Emilie Ullerup in a new movie, "Missing the Boat." Let's dive into the details!
"Missing the Boat" is a love story set on a cruise ship that reconnects two old high school sweethearts. Polaha and Ullerup play the lead roles, promising to serve the audiences a delightful mix of romance and nostalgia. The movie is directed by Peter DeLuise, a name familiar to Hallmark Channel fans for his work on "When Calls the Heart" and "Chesapeake Shores."
Having previously worked together in "Hearts of Christmas," Polaha and Ullerup have an on-screen chemistry that is undeniable. Polaha, with his charming personality, has won hearts in other Hallmark films like "Mystery 101" and "Double Holiday." On the other hand, Ullerup, known for her roles in "Chesapeake Shores" and "Sanctuary," brings a warmth and authenticity to her characters that resonate with viewers.
"Missing the Boat" promises to be a heartwarming tale of love, second chances, and the magic that can happen when you least expect it. The film's picturesque setting, combined with Polaha and Ullerup's charisma, is sure to make it a must-watch for all Hallmark Channel devotees.
In addition to this exciting reunion, "When Calls the Heart" is back with its eighth season. The series, set in the early 20th century, continues to captivate audiences with its compelling storylines and engaging characters. The show's enduring popularity is a testament to its well-crafted narrative and the strong performances of its ensemble cast.
Fans can also look forward to more exciting content from the network, including new movies and series. Among them is "The Wedding Veil," a romantic trilogy starring Lacey Chabert, Alison Sweeney, and Autumn Reeser. The trilogy is about three friends who make a wish while holding an antique wedding veil, which leads them on a journey to find true love.
The combination of "Missing the Boat," the return of "When Calls the Heart," and the announcement of "The Wedding Veil" is a treat for Hallmark Channel fans. So grab your popcorn, settle in on your couch, and get ready for a season filled with romance and magic. Don't miss out on these exciting offerings from Hallmark Channel!
